Basic Training Vera Pizza Napoletana is for everyone who wants to learn how to prepare a real Neapolitan pizza.

Duration of the course

6 days (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat)

50 hours, divided into:

– 35 hours of laboratory classes

– 10 hours of theory

– 5 hours of internship in pizzeria with AVPN certificate.
